What is the returns policy?
Our returns policy for online purchases is below. Please check your receipt for our policy on instore purchases.
We hope you love your new stuff! But if not, MissGlamFashion is happy to accept returns within 14 Days from your order date excluding delivery charge, in accordance with the distance selling regulations.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, with the tags still attached. Take care when trying on your items as we will not accept returns with makeup or tan stains or strong perfume smells.
We're unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery, cosmetics or perfume where the cellophane packaging has been removed, or any underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.
Post your items back to us at Miss Glam, Unit 41 CastleCourt, Belfast, BT1 1DD and include either your packing slip or a note including your order number and name, any returns without this cannot be refunded. The cost of return postage is payable by you, we do not offer prepaid postage labels.
Where is my order?
When your order's ready to leave our warehouse we'll email to let you know. Then you can track your order for regular updates.
Only just ordered? You can check your order status from the link in your confirmation email. If you haven't received your email have a look in your spam/junk folder.
Don’t forget that our couriers work ‘til 9pm Monday to Friday so your order could arrive in the evening. If you're not in when the courier tries to deliver don't panic! They'll leave a calling card with further instructions.

Please do not call the shop to enquire where your order is as they are packaged and dispatched from our warehouse.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once your order has been placed, amendments and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or on Insta @missglamfashion and we’ll do our best to try and cancel or amend your order.
If you have entered the incorrect delivery address at checkout, you may not need to cancel your order. Get in touch via email or dm with the correct address ASAP and we will do our best to help.
When will I get my refund?
We will issue your refund for returned items ASAP. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed and the funds will take up to 10 working days to reach your account.
